Warehouse Worker (Experienced Forklift Driver)
The Warehouse Worker receives and unloads container shipments; inspects all goods received according to established company procedures; moves freight to designated warehouse storage areas; and prepares freight for final delivery.

Key Accountabilities:
Receives product
|
Splits/stages product for shipping when a pallet arrives with product for different stores
|
Loads/ships product to the stores
|
Helps clean warehouse and secure all exits/docks
Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year warehouse experience preferred. Forklift experience a must. Company will provide relevant training. Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Employee must be able to operate computer systems such as Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, inventory software and order processing systems. Employee must possess the ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Working Conditions: The employee will be working primarily in a warehouse environment, and is required to stand 95% of the time. Employee is required to walk, bend, use full hand mechanics, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. NOTE: If an existing employee is selected for a posted position they will be required to remain in that position a minimum of one year prior to applying for other posted positions unless authorized by their current supervisor. New employees to the company must also remain in their position a minimum of one year prior to applying for posted positions unless authorized by their supervisor.
